| Letter of Invitation |
|
Those participants who need an official letter of invitation in order to attend the congress may write to the congress secretariat specifying the necessary details. This service is provided only to assist participants who need to obtain a visa to attend the congress. It should not be considered an official invitation covering congress fees or any other expenses. |

| Program changes |
|
The organizers assume liability for any changes in the program due to external or unforeseen circumstances. |

| Scientific Exhibition |
|
A commercial exhibition concurrent with the congress will be organized. Companies and organizations are invited to present their services, products or literature. For exhibition space and other related services, please contact the congress secretariat. |

Cancellation and refund policy |
| Refunds of Registration will be made as follows: |

| - After March 01, 2007 No Refund |
