Hotel Reservation Policy and Regulations

The Organizing Committee has reserved a large number of hotel rooms, most at a special meeting rate, for the period of  May 1 till May 8, 2006.

Upon receipt of your payment, participants will be sent a confirmation letter.

Due to heavy demand on hotel rooms in Cairo, organizers cannot guarantee hotel accommodation after 1st March  2007, although every effort will be made to satisfy even late requests.

No reservation will be processed without the completed Hotel Reservation Form accompanied by the relevant deposit (50% deposit). Hotel rooms only reserved for meeting attendees, their accompanying persons and Exhibitors.

Full accommodation fees have to be completed  15th  March 2007.

Please indicate alternative hotel names or categories. The organizers reserve the right to change your request to an alternate hotel in the same category depending on availability at the time of your request.

All rooms will be reserved on first come first served basis.

No shows on the first night will automatically cancel the entire reservation.

A special policy for group reservations has been established and can be requested.
